Returns and Refunds
We want you to love every piece. If something is not right, our returns process is straightforward.
30-day returns
Unworn, unopened pieces with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Beauty products must be unopened and sealed for hygiene reasons.
How to return
Request a return through your account or by contacting the studio. A prepaid returns label is provided for UK orders; a small deduction may apply for international returns.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving your return. Original delivery charges are non-refundable except where an item is faulty.
Faulty items
If an item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact the studio and we will put it right at no cost to you.
